As a Support Consultant at TRIMIT, you will be responsible for helping our customers get the most out of our ERP and portal solutions. You will have an exciting daily work life and, reporting to the company’s Head of Support & Consultancy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling day-to-day support requests from all our customers (primarily Danish).
  • Assessing and triaging tasks to determine whether they are support tasks or consultancy tasks.

  • Resolving support cases in accordance with service agreements.

  • There is no individual budget responsibility for support consultants, as support is covered by service agreements.

  • Support opening hours are 8:00–16:00 Monday–Thursday and 8:00–14:00 Friday.
    Working hours are 8:00–16:15 Monday–Thursday and 8:00–14:30 Friday.

  • Supporting customers with TRIMIT’s ERP and portal solutions.

  • Helping customers identify and resolve technical challenges.

  • Advising and training customers in the use of the systems to ensure maximum value.

  • Documenting support cases and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

  • Collaborating closely with colleagues on complex customer cases and technical solutions.

  • Participating in meetings and planning of support activities.

  • Building knowledge of the company’s reference customers in order to provide the best possible advice.

  • Acting as an ambassador for the company’s values.

    To succeed in this role, you likely have a technical or IT-related background and experience with ERP solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is a requirement. Most importantly, you have the desire and ability to work with advisory support, and you are motivated by helping customers and creating positive customer experiences.

    You have a high level of proficiency in Danish, both written and spoken, and are also able to communicate in English. In addition, you live within a reasonable commuting distance of the company’s locations in Viborg or Kolding.

    You are naturally outgoing and curious, with a strong technical understanding that enables you to quickly identify problems and find solutions. You actively listen to customers’ needs and translate them into concrete actions that create value – always with a focus on good service and a friendly tone on the phone.

    You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, take responsibility from start to finish, and take pride in delivering on your commitments. You are self-driven and proactive, while also valuing close collaboration, where knowledge and experience are shared for the benefit of both customers and the team.
